Gates Creek Subdivision is a community of custom homes located south of Mill Road just east of Orchard Road in Oswego, Illinois. Gates Creek of Oswego includes 276 homesites built by a number of well-known Chicago-area builders and were were built between 1997 and 2005.

The Gates Creek Management Board is comprised of 5 members serving 2-year terms.
The Board typically meets on the 3rd Monday of each month. Because of the pandemic and the associated restrictions, all current board meetings are held via video conference call. Information for accessing the call is posted at least 2 days prior to the meeting date on the HOA social media page and the HOA website. The meeting agenda is typically posted on the HOA website the day of the meeting under the tab 'Board of Directors Open Meetings'. The meetings are open to all residents of Gates Creek. Residents may address the HOA Board during Public Comment at the beginning of each meeting. Public comment is limited to 3 minutes per speaker.
