The aerator at pond 3 has been inoperable due to some water within the power line. It appears that the line may have been damaged by the muskrats. The electrician and the pond maintenance contractor are working on the problem. The aerator on the north side of pond 2 has been shut down because of the low water levels.

The Kendall Extension Study Project Team, in coordination with Metra, welcome your comments regarding the extension of commuter rail service into Kendall County. Our annual homeowners meeting date has been scheduled for March 4, 2018. Homeowners should be receiving notification cards in the mail soon with addiotnal information.
The year 2018 will be an exciting year for us. We have selected new contractors for turf and pond maintenance.
Volunteers have completed seasonal landscaping at the two entrances off Mill Road. Ornamental kale and late blooming red and orange mums were installed last week.
